A New Start – talk by Canon Andrew Evans

This talk was recorded on New Year’s Day (Sunday 1 January 2023) at All Saints Church in Great Chalfield at the service of Evensong.  The readings linked to the talk were as follows: Galatians 4: 4 – 7 and Luke 2: 15 – 21. 

On the same day it was the 250th anniversary of the hymn Amazing Grace which was sung in response after the talk at this service, St. Mary’s in the morning and for online church.


“How to connect with God” talk by Canon Andrew Evans

The bible reading linked to the talk was Luke 11: 1 – 13 and was recorded at St. Katharine’s Church, Holt, on Sunday 24 July.  The prayers and two testimonies were also recorded and can be heard following on from the talk.
